These terms apply to wholesale purchases from Fantasy Discount – Wholesale Corp.

Who we sell to

We sell wholesale only, to businesses with an account we have opened and activated. Opening an account only requires the business tax identification number (Tax ID or EIN).

Prices

Prices are shown once you have signed in, because they depend on the terms agreed with each customer. They may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown on your order when you confirm it. There is no minimum order.

Payment

We accept cash, check and bank transfer. We do not take cards. We do not offer a credit line: outstanding balances are agreed case by case and paid as agreed.

Delivery

You may pick up at the warehouse at no charge - tell us when you place the order and it is ready the next day - or request delivery within the United States. Delivery cost depends on the zone and is shown before you confirm the order.

Returns

We accept returns of goods in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Call before returning anything so it is recorded; the amount is credited to your account or exchanged for other goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
